KANEKO OPTICAL CO., LTD — The makers of the TANA-GOKORO collection — started producing glasses in Japan over eighty years ago, so they’ve had a little time to contemplate the gamut of eyewear design.
The paradigm of eyewear is simple, lenses, bridge, temple. Yet the simplicity of Kjeld’s new frame, the TANA-GOKORO t-445 in color 3 is somewhat paradoxical; it is equally ‘ahead of the curve‘ and ‘utterly classic’… it’s Bladerunner meets Indiana Jones… it’s minimalism done to the max!
Oh… and it looks quite good on Kjeld.
