ONLINE SHOP POLICIES

Be mindful when shopping for frames online. We are trained, experienced and certified professionals and can help guide your choice. All of our frames are handmade in limited quantities. Each frame is unique and individual.

If you are unsure, we are here to help guide you on fit and proportion. Most frames need adjustments and tailoring for a personalized fit and very rarely fit perfectly “off the rack”. If you are not local to Los Angeles, you can upload or email a photo of yourself for a personalized selection and we can refer you to the best optician in your area for adjustments to ensure a comfortable fit.

SHIPPING

We ship our web orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. Most orders are shipped within 5 business days unless otherwise specified. If your order is delayed beyond this, we will contact you with an updated ETA.

RETURN POLICY

All returns require an approval before we will refund or exchange your items. To have your return approved, send an email within 72 hours of receiving the undesired order to info@gogosha.com. In this email, please include your name, order number and reason for the return.

If a refund is desired, all frames approved for return must be received by Gogosha in unworn condition and in original packaging within 7 days of return approval. Any approved returns received after this period will be eligible for store credit only, not including the 10% restocking fee that we charge daily, after the 7-day approved return time window.

All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer making the return and will not be reimbursed. To ensure safest arrival, please select a carrier and shipment option that provides adequate insurance and tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All International orders are FINAL SALE. We do not offer returns or exchanges for orders that we have shipped outside of the United States.

Additionally, please be aware that all taxes, duties, customs or other fees once shipped are the responsibility of the consumer (i.e. the purchaser) and can not be refunded by Gogosha Optique.

PRIVACY

Gogosha Optique collects express consent for SMS subscriptions & messaging. This express consent excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent, and this information will not be shared by us with any third parties.

Our webstore uses cookies to help keep track of items you put into your shopping cart including when you have abandoned your cart. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS. We make no specific marketing efforts by location.
